Hotel Manager: Yes, our hotel is right beside a river. So it's got a good view from up there.

Company Representative: That's true. I'm sure more people would stay at your hotel because of it. It's a very competitive feature. We can do that for you.

Hotel Manager: a big lounge on the ground floor where our guests can rest. We don't think we are making the most of it. And my manager said we should use the room for reception. The old one is too small.
